WHAT IS I.B.I.S.?
The Institute of Biblical and International Sudies (I.B.I.S.)is a unique concept of graduate studies. It introduces Bible students to certain areas where progressive prophecy fulfillment has necessitated the upgrading of knowledge on a scholarly level. Its goal is to give pastors, teachers and other Bible students a comprehensive knowledge of the Bible in relation to past and current history; and to make difficult verses easy to understand.
WHY I.B.I.S.?
Three important reasons did prompt the creation of IBIS. Firstly, many institutions are stuck on teaching "classics" of prophecy; this is the same as teaching computer science from books written in the Nineteen Fifties (1950's). The Bible admonishes us: "Knowledge shall be increased." Bible students should be kept advised of the flow of facts.
Secondly, the sensationalized presentations of certain prophetical bits and pieces, have created more confusion, and proved the dangers of little knowledge. Bible students should soar above the shallow style of "the evangelistically speaking."
Thirdly, Dr. R. Winston Mazakis, Ph.D./Ed.D./LL.B. spent the last four decades researching Bible subjects in depth and extracting the most beautiful gems. There was no way he could share all the precious findings in a prophecy conference or seminar due to the lack of time. Furthermore, the deluge of information given in these lessons requires that the student take his/her time in studying and grasping the materials, and master those vital subjects discussed in the course. Consequently, this course is mainly stored on audio cassette tapes, for you to enjoy, and for you to sudy at your own pace. Books by Dr. Mazakis will be required as part of the curricula. The Bible will be the main text of study. 
DEGREES OFFERED!
We have the degree that is taylored for you. We have arranged two programs to meet the need of Bible students.
Doctor of Theology (Th.D.): ministers or laymen who have a four year degree or higher such as B.A., Th.B., B.B.A., M.S. or M.A., etc. will earn the degree of doctor of theology (Th.D.) by the time they finish the program - a dissertation of at least 20,000 words or more is required.
Doctor of Sacred Theology (D.S.T.) or Doctor of Divinity (D.D.) : Ministers who do not have a bachelor's degree, but have been pastors or in mission work for at least five years or more, will earn the degree of Doctor of Sacred Theology (DST) or Doctor of Divinity (D.D.) when they finish the program. A dissertation of at least 20,000 words is required.
GRADUATE OF THEOLOGY Degree (Th.G.):People who do not have a bachelor's degree, may take the program, and will be awarded the Graduate of Theology Degree (Th.G.) when they finish the program. No dissertation is required 
WHO CAN ENROLL?
Anyone interested in studying God's Holy Word, through this program, can enroll.
Those who are persuing the Doctoral program should have at least a four year bachelor's degree and should write a dissertation. Those who are seeking the S.T.D. program should be ministers for at least 5 years. And they should write a dissertation.
WHEN STUDENTS MAY ENROLL?
Since this course is by correspondence, anyone desiring to take this course of study, may enroll at any time of the year.
IS THIS INSTITUTE ACCREDITED??
No, neither will this institute seek to be accredited by any secular accrediting association, whether state or regional. Our accreditation lies in the number of pastors and Christians that take this course. WHEN STUDENTS MAY ENROLL?

FEES AND TUITIONS:
Even though this program is offered at a fraction of the cost, however, we have to heed the words of our Lord as he says: "For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?" (Luke 14:28). Therefore, it is important to make sure that you can meet your obligations without imposing upon yourself extra financial burden. Please understand that this propgram is offered to you at a fraction of the time and a fraction of the cost of a similar program. Furthermore, we strongly believe that no other program can match it or bring you comparable knowledge and research.
The fees and tuition for this program are $5,000, and they include:
a. The registration fee.
b. The tuition for the course.
c. The albums of CD's
d. The books required.
e. The instructional materials. The following are optional:
a. The retreat of 3 day symposium.
b. The cost of cap and gown graduation.
PAYMENTS AND DISCOUNTS
Plan A. All pastors of supporting churches with $50 or more per month, can take that course free of charge, thus reciprocating the blessing back to the church which is a blessing to us.
Also individuals (who have support this ministry personally with $50 per month, on regular basis, for at least 6 months,) can take this program free of charge, provided that they on regular basis support this ministry with $50 per month.(Please ask about the details).
Plan B. 10% discount for payment in full at the time the student is accepted. Plan C. A student can choose a plan of 10 payments.Plan D. A student can choose a payment plan of 20 payments.
- Students who choose the payment plans are expected to make regular monthly payment until the whole amount is paid in full. In case of difficulties, the student should contact our office and explain the situation in writing.
- (A 15% discount to students whose churches support this minstry. Also students who support us with an amount less than $50 per month, will be eligible for the 15% Discount).

Now, you can master the greatest subjects by the easy method of listening and relistening to the tape, in your car, office, or home...working, driving, relaxing, or at the desk doing the assignments. In other words, this method of directed study allows you to study anywhere you want, then follow the instructions and complete the assignments. The advantages are great.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE?
To complete this course, it may take a student between two years and five years, depending upon how serious the student wants to be and how much time he/she is ready to invest in studying.
REGISTRATION:
You have to fill the application, and mail it to our office accompanied with $100 (non-refundable). However, the $100 registration fee will be applied to your tuition. Please include your transcripts, a photocopy of your degree(s) and your photo with your application.
THE STUDENT'S SPOUSE:
To encourage couples to study the Bible together, the spouse's tuition is free except for the $100 registration fee, and the $100 graduation fee, and the optional symposium costs. Whenever the student's spouse decides to take the course, a separate application should be filed.
REFUND POLICY
The refund policy of this Institute includes a full refund of the tuitions for those who drop out of the course within 30 days after registration. 50% of the tuitions will be refunded to those who drop out of the course before the 45th day. No refund thereafter. Registration fees are not refundable.
WHY SHOULD YOU REGISTER NOW? 
The price that is quoted above includes the registration, the tuition, the CD's, the books, and the assignment materials. However, inflation affecting materials and future staff hiring will necessitate future increases. But once you are registered, you're locked in, and no increases will affect you. . WHAT ARE THE ASSIGNMENTS? Every recorded message is a lesson. (By the way, you should have on your computer the Real Player, in order to be able to listen to the CD, and if you do not have it, you can down load it, free. You are advised to listen to each tape at least twice or three times. Then you should write a résumé of the main ideas that are discussed in each tape. Usually, it takes about 4 to 5 pages, double spaced, to complete each assignment.
After you finish the assignment, you may e-mail the lesson, or you can mail it to us. Preferably, and to be cost effective, you should mail at least three lessons at a time.
 IMPORTANT : Every time you mail your assignments, you should include a self-addressed envelop, with the same amount of first class stamps that you used to mail the assignment to us, for returning to you the corrected assignments.
